Library will issue three overdue notices to the borrower. The notice will be issued after the 15th due days, the 25th due days and the 35th due days respectively. When the items are not returned within fifteen days after the third notice, the Library will assume that the user has lost the outstanding items. Therefore, a maximum overdue fine of MOP150.00 will be charged. At the same time, all library privileges for that user will be suspended until all fines are settled.

For each lost item, the borrower is responsible for paying the full value of the replacement, a handling fee MOP50.00, and an accumulated overdue fine accordingly.
